Today we had some family over. My birthday was on Friday and I’ll be leaving on Wednesday to start The Happy Nomad Tour. It was really nice and I think everyone had a great time.
I guess it will be a long time before I see most members of my extended family since my parents are moving to North Carolina. Any US pit stops will be in Raleigh now instead of Cleveland. I’ll miss them….
But I’ll miss these guys the most. I don’t know how many parents out there would support their son throughout the corporate tool to nomadic idealist transformation, but mine have (more or less…)
So I thank them for their support, promise to be safe, and, as a friend of mine from business school used to say, “make good choices.”
