We never leave a fallen man pair of shorts behind!
I left these shorts, a gift from the friend whose wedding I missed, at my friend Ana Maria’s apartment in Medellin. I know Ana Maria from business school as well, coincidentally.
So I went out of my way to get them back, traveling an extra hour by bus to return to Medellin and then waiting there all day to take a night bus to Bogota.
But I didn’t mind. Loyalty is loyalty and love is love.
