Finally At Home
Yesterday, exactly 365 days after my interview with Siemens, I arrived home to Cleveland. It’s nice to be home, though I must admit I sometimes find myself thinking about Denmark.
I flew to the US on July 1st, spent that night, July 2nd, and some of July 3rd in Washington DC visiting family. Then I took a bus to Raleigh, North Carolina. My brother lives there and my parents were in town looking at potential retirement houses. My parents and I drove back to Cleveland yesterday.
While I’m home there is a lot to do. My parents are in the process of retiring and moving, so I am helping get the house in order so it can be put up for sale. But most of all I will be trying to relax and reload for the upcoming Happy Nomad Tour. I still have a lot of preparation to do.
But for now, I’m enjoying something I haven’t done for a long time – watching a baseball game with my mom and uncle.

I was at the game on Wednesday!
Awesome! I bet I saw you on TV! 🙂
